Conversiones, meaning Conversions is a tribute to the victims of the El Paso, Texas shooting, tragically fallen in August 2019. It is not a programmatic or descriptive work, but a composition that in the abstract aims to express the feeling of loss. CONVERSIONES commissioned by Vince Dominguez in 2019 as part of his doctor of musical arts project at Arizona State University

Paysage Frontiére

Paysage Frontiére for solo clarinet was commissioned by Vince Dominguez in 2019 as part of his doctor of musical arts project at Arizona State University. The work explores resistance in relation to the 2010’s Mexico-US borderland crisis.
